In assembly on Wednesday 27th November, Mr Purnell came from Portsmouth Rotary Club to personally thank the children for their kind donations to the Christmas 2012 Shoe Box Appeal. Mr Purnell kindly showed the children some photographs of where these gifts have been delivered.
Thank you to everyone who so kindly donated a gift.
There are some things that cost almost nothing that can so enrich a childhood with memories and enjoyment. So here’s our summer challenge.
How many of these things can you do during the long summer holidays? Tick them off on the sheet as you finish them and comment on this blog to let everyone know how you are getting on and which activities you enjoy the most.
Please note… Several of these things could be a bit dangerous if you aren’t careful, so make sure that you involve an adult and let them know what you’re doing.
